These cards summarise the most important aspects of our Terms & Conditions. They do not replace the full legal text — please read all sections below carefully.
You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction — to register and use k1gm. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
All balances are displayed in PKR. Deposits are credited after payment confirmation. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing times and available methods are shown in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, expiry window and eligible-games list. Key terms are displayed in plain English before you opt in. Attempting to abuse bonus conditions may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. k1gm will never ask for your password by email or chat. Enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of account protection.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated software, multi-accounting and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and k1gm ("k1gm", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://k1gm.cam ("Platform", "Site").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, making a deposit or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location. However, k1gm is designed primarily for users who access the Platform in English and transact in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k1gm does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not operate under the authority of any Pakistani government body, regulatory agency or financial institution. Users in Pakistan must independently determine whether their use of this Platform complies with applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial legislation. k1gm does not provide legal advice.
The following defined terms are used throughout this Agreement:

| Balance | The total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds credited to your Account and available for use on the Platform, displayed in PKR. |
| Bonus Funds | Promotional credits awarded by k1gm that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. |
| KYC | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed. |
| Platform | The k1gm website, mobile-optimised interface and any associated software used to access our gaming and betting services. |
| Real Money | Funds deposited by the User from their own financial resources, as distinguished from Bonus Funds. |
| Wagering Requirement | The number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the resulting balance may be withdrawn. |
| Self-Exclusion | A voluntary restriction placed on an Account that prevents the User from accessing gaming and betting services for a defined or indefinite period. |
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction — to open an Account on the Platform. k1gm reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point. If you are found to be underage, your Account will be suspended, all transactions will be voided and any funds deposited will be returned in accordance with our verification findings.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. k1gm makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. This confirmation is your own representation and k1gm relies on it in good faith.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, different email addresses or different payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances pending investigation.
Accounts are for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your Account. You may not operate an Account on behalf of any other individual or entity.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
k1gm operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension. KYC is a standard industry requirement and exists to protect both the User and the integrity of the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. k1gm will never contact you by email, live chat or any other channel to request your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
k1gm offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your Account. k1gm accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where 2FA was available but not activated by the User.
All Account balances, deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment provider processes transactions in a different currency, any conversion is handled by the payment provider and may be subject to their own exchange rates and fees. k1gm is not responsible for conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.
Deposits are credited to your Account Balance following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. k1gm does not guarantee a specific deposit processing time, as this is dependent on the payment method selected and the provider's own processing schedule. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be referenced in our cashier for general familiarity. Their availability as active deposit or withdrawal channels must be verified within the cashier at the time of use. k1gm does not claim endorsement, affiliation or partnership with any of these payment providers.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
k1gm aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method selected and the provider's own processing schedule. k1gm is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
k1gm reserves the right to refuse, reverse or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we may be required to report the transaction to relevant authorities.
k1gm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page in plain English before opt-in. The specific promotion terms are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible game categories and contribution percentages are stated clearly on each promotion's detail page. Not all games contribute equally to meeting a Wagering Requirement — for example, sports bets, live casino games and certain slot titles may carry different contribution rates. Always check the promotion detail before opting in.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bet credits expire if the Wagering Requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Upon expiry, all associated Bonus Funds are automatically removed from your Account Balance. Real Money deposits used to qualify for a bonus are not affected by bonus expiry.
k1gm reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; wagering patterns designed to meet requirements while minimising risk in a manner inconsistent with genuine play; providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
k1gm reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Users who have already opted in to a promotion before a modification takes effect will continue to be governed by the terms as they existed at the time of opt-in, where technically feasible.
k1gm reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at our sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a transaction reference number. In the case of technical failure before confirmation is issued, the bet will be deemed void and any funds deducted will be returned to your Account Balance.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches, international football and other events — are offered subject to availability. Odds are presented in decimal format and denominated in PKR. k1gm does not guarantee the availability of any specific market and reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time, particularly where an event is affected by irregularities.
In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed by k1gm at any time, including during an active event. Bets placed before a suspension is applied will stand unless voided on other grounds. k1gm accepts no liability for missed opportunities arising from live market suspensions.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the live dealing process conducted by our provider's trained dealers. k1gm does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information section of each title.
If you dispute the outcome of a bet or game, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the relevant transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. k1gm's determination on disputed outcomes is final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process under our operating licence.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming products. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. k1gm reserves the right to apply individual Account stake limits at its sole discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or systematic play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential referral to relevant legal authorities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, interface design and data compilations, is the property of k1gm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.
k1gm endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. k1gm accepts no liability for losses — including lost betting opportunities — resulting from Platform downtime.
While k1gm takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, game information and promotional content displayed on the Platform, errors may occasionally occur. Where a material error affects a bet or game outcome — such as an incorrectly posted odd or a game malfunction — k1gm reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the User's Account Balance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1gm's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k1gm shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or reputational damage, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even where k1gm has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. k1gm shall not be liable for any legal consequences — civil, criminal or regulatory — arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
k1gm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by k1gm — your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. All pending bets placed before closure will be settled in accordance with their normal terms. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon closure regardless of wagering progress, unless closure is initiated by k1gm without cause.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k1gm holds its operating licence. k1gm does not operate under Pakistani law and makes no representation that these Terms comply with Pakistani legislation. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own legal risk.
In the event of any dispute between you and k1gm arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, you should first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. We will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under k1gm's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available on request from our support team.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective proceeding or representative action against k1gm.
k1gm reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal conditions, Account eligibility criteria or liability provisions — we will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms became effective. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.
